Our 10 GPM Portable Filter Cart is equipped with two spin-on filter heads plumbed in series. This system is designed specifically for use with low viscosity hydraulic and lubrication oils at warm, ambient temperatures, and it is equipped with a positive displacement gear pump direct coupled to a TEFC electric motor, along with a NEMA 4 on-off switch. The filter heads will accept a high-efficiency 4-Micron pleated micro glass filter element rated Beta(c)>1000 per ISO 16889, meaning that 99.95% of all particles 3-4-Micron and larger will be removed in multi-pass. This filter element will enable you to quickly and reliably achieve very low particle counts to meet or exceed an ISO 16/14/11 Cleanliness Level. In addition, a pre-filter water removal element is also installed to remove free water down to 10ppm and filtering dirt particles at 25um.

Standard features include visual differential pressure indicators for when the filter elements are plugged and need to be changed, two 12’ sections of high-pressure Parker hose, and a sturdy 2-wheel dolly for maximum portability.
